I went thru the drive thru tonight at approximately 615 pm and it took forever to finally get to place my order- the girl who took the order could not speak clearly and mumbled and I thought she said 16.08 when the order actually came to 6.08 - the gentleman at the cash window was very nice and extremely professional seemed to be philipino and very polite nice man , then I went to the pick up window and was met by a surly teenage girl with dirty looking hair who needed a bath, also the window was filthy dirty with hand prints and dirty stretchs that I sudder to even think what they were, I ordered a Salad and an ice cream sundae and had to wait a very long time and the surly girl said they were waiting on the crispy chicken for my salad - well they must have had to wait for the egg to hatch for it to become a chicken it took so long. This is not the first bad experience I have had a Macdonalds - i like the food but they hired mostly brain dead teenagers with no manners and no customer services skills - get some decent workers and get someone to clean the windows - not a good experience. ..More Reviews
